As someone who is entrepreneurial by nature, Adriana Vaccaro completed her bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising Management at Politécnico Grancolombiano in her home town of Bogotá Colombia. This equipped her with a foundational understanding of effective communication and branding, skills which she would later leverage in her work on organizational culture.
Her next career move was to move to the United States to learn English at Lasell College. This allowed her to complete her Graduate Certificate in Human Resources at Framingham State University in 2007. This was a crucial stepping stone that instilled within her a passion for the human element within business.
Her commitment to continuous learning led her to Nichols College, where she obtained a Master of Business Administration in International Business in 2012. Through her studies, she gained a global perspective that enabled her to understand and address the diverse needs of multinational organizations and their employees.
